  • Act as a true partner to recruiters, anticipating needs, solving problems quickly, and keeping processes moving
  • Serve as an ambassador for the Recruiting team with internal and external stakeholders, promoting operational excellence in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience, ideally in a tech environment supporting Engineering or technical teams
  • You move fast, sweat the details, and have a strong sense of urgency—nothing falls through the cracks
  • Exceptionally organized and naturally curious about business priorities and how to support them
  • You thrive on new challenges and bring a “no job is too big or too small” mindset every day
  • Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
  • You take pride in having the answers—and when you don’t, you know exactly how to find them
  • You have a strong customer-service mindset and aim for 100% satisfaction from candidates, recruiters, and business partners

What we offer

  • comprehensive healthcare plans
  • family-building benefits (fertility and adoption/surrogacy support)
  • flexible time off
  • annual wellness stipend
  • free OneMedical memberships for you and your dependents
  • a CLEAR Plus membership
  • a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
