Join Guidepoint's Global Talent Acquisition Team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company. This is a hybrid position based out of our Mumbai office. Ideal candidates would be able to overlap with U.S teams by working 2pm - 11pm IST two days a week.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with Recruiters to coordinate interviewing and hiring activity across our APAC offices
Serve as a key point of contact for ATS administration, including job setup, workflows, permissions, and process optimization
Support and manage integrations between ATS and other systems
Ensure accurate and consistent data capture within Greenhouse to enable reliable reporting and analytics
Build and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards
analyze pipeline, conversion, and hiring metrics to provide actionable insights
Contribute to Talent Acquisition Operations projects including employer branding, process improvement, and systems enhancements
Requirements:
Degree from a 4-year college required
Minimum of 1 year coordinating or administrative experience in a recruiting agency, or internal recruiting or HR function
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in an extremely fast-paced environment with multiple, competing demands
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests from different sources
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience with ATS platforms, experience with Greenhouse a huge plus
