Job Responsibility

  • The People and Culture Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures our resort is staffed with engaged and qualified team members
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, managing applicant flow, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • You will support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing, selecting and interviewing applicants
  • Help shape a welcoming candidate experience, and serve as an ambassador of our resort's culture. Ensuring a positive, professional, and welcoming candidate experience from first contact to the first day
  • Provide exceptional quality and service to our candidates and employees alike
  • Assist in creating paid job ads, job descriptions, and internal job postings
  • Assists with general applicant inquiries, housing, benefits administration and employee initiatives in addition to other administrative duties
  • Assist with international visa processes (such as J-1 and H-2B programs)
  • Help coordinate and execute onboarding experience for new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into Four Seasons
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within Workday and other HR systems, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and timely updates related to lifecycle activities
  • Ability to interact and effectively direct all levels of management and line staff on policies and procedures related to recruitment
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events, such as recognition programs, celebrations, and cultural activities that enhance the employee experience as needed

Requirements

  • Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and outgoing and personality making all applicants feel welcome
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays, as necessary
  • A Human Resources or Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred
  • We are looking for individuals who possess a high proficiency with Microsoft products and admin related skills
  • The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office is essential
  • Must be comfortable speaking to a range of people both in person, virtually and in large groups. Public speaking may be required
  • Exceptional organization and detail orientation, with an unmatched ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
