A rapidly growing healthcare services organization in San Diego is seeking a detail-obsessed and people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume recruiting initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys being the operational backbone of the hiring process.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews across multiple departments and leadership levels
Maintain real-time candidate tracking within the ATS and ensure data integrity
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline recruitment workflows
Draft and distribute polished candidate communications and offer documentation
Monitor recruiting pipelines and generate weekly hiring activity reports
Support onboarding logistics to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition
Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruiting events throughout San Diego County
Requirements:
1–3+ years of recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative experience
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, or similar)
Advanced organizational and calendar management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with excellent follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and virtual meeting platforms
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a deadline-driven environment
