We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a top entertainment company out of their Burbank offices!
Job Responsibility
Support multiple recruiters with job posting on career site, scheduling complex interviews while providing an excellent candidate experience
Completing background checks, send onboarding documents, and sending New Hire Announcement to hiring leaders providing onboarding hire instructions
Maintain HR Data Systems (Workday, Req Report and SAP)
Prepare and distribute metrics reporting
Manage on-line resume database to ensure applicant information is current to include: complete applications, background information, identification details, etc.
Special projects as assigned
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, including a proficiency in clear, concise, and compelling oral and written communication
Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
ability to work independently with limited direction
Proven ability to take initiative and build positive and productive personal & professional relationships
Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership in a professional manner
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing work environment effectively balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
