We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to recruitment operations and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving efficient hiring processes, maintaining accurate data, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, managing assessments, and ensuring timely communication with candidates
Create and maintain accurate job postings across internal and external platforms to attract top talent and align with hiring strategies
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and stage conversion rates, providing actionable insights to improve processes
Support employer branding efforts by aiding in career site updates, social media initiatives, and recruitment events
Prepare and distribute weekly internal vacancy updates to keep teams informed of open positions
Facilitate global hiring processes by coordinating across time zones, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, and supporting international workflows
Assist in optimizing recruitment processes, enhancing regulatory compliance, and improving the experience for both candidates and hiring managers
Requirements:
1 - 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment coordination
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, such as SuccessFactors, and familiarity with tools like Power BI preferred
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates and team members
Attention to detail and ability to follow through on assignments thoroughly
Advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and database management
Capacity to operate office equipment and handle administrative tasks efficiently
Customer service experience and a collaborative mindset to support hiring goals
