We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a contract to hire role based in Century City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting senior executives in their recruitment efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of talent acquisition processes. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Microsoft Outlook
Handle job postings, background checks through HireRight, onboarding tasks, and conversions from contract to permanent employment
Serve as a key point of contact for communication between candidates and hiring teams
Support the recruitment team in ensuring all processes are intuitive, efficient, and detail oriented
Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and records related to talent acquisition
Collaborate with senior executives to streamline recruitment workflows and provide administrative support
Conduct basic talent sourcing to identify potential candidates for open positions
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the hiring process
Participate in virtual interview coordination and scheduling across multiple rounds
Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing schedules and calendars, preferably with Microsoft Outlook
Familiarity with job posting platforms, background checks, onboarding processes, and transitions from contract to permanent roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
Ability to work intuitively and independently while supporting a team
Prior experience in talent sourcing is a plus
Knowledge of corporate recruiting and talent branding strategies
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities
