Job Responsibility:
Partner with hiring managers and departments to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and market trends
Support welcoming, well-organized onboarding experiences through documentation management, check-ins, and process feedback
Maintain accuracy and compliance within the applicant tracking system, including requisitions, workflows, and job postings
Create and improve recruitment materials, interview guides, and HR resources to support hiring teams
Coordinate community outreach efforts such as job fairs, networking events, referral programs, and social media initiatives
Review resumes and provide objective screening insights to support informed hiring decisions
Track and analyze recruiting and onboarding metrics to recommend process improvements
Build relationships with external organizations to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent
Ensure compliance with record retention policies and applicable regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting
Strong ability to source candidates through a variety of channels, including social media and networking
Expertise in corporate recruiting practices and employer branding strategies
Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate records
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with internal teams and external partners
Knowledge of best practices in onboarding and recruitment processes
Ability to organize and participate in community outreach events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities
Familiarity with developing recruitment materials and providing training for hiring teams
