We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Interview Scheduler to support our Americas TA operations and deliver a seamless candidate experience. In this role, you’ll coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers, and act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the scheduling process.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and schedule interviews across teams
Serve as main point of contact for candidates
Partner with TA Partners and hiring managers
Manage reschedules and conflicts
Maintain data in Scheduling files
Send confirmations and follow-ups
Ensure interviewer preparedness
Contribute to process improvements
Requirements:
2+ years coordination or administrative experience
