In our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, we are seeking for a high-caliber tech recruiter, who will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of critical TA projects, partnering with key stakeholders of commercial divisions. Job Responsibility:
Own and deliver critical TA projects with focus on Vodafone’s Commercial divisions, acting as an expert consultant to multiple stakeholders
Deliver restless research, high-quality assessment of potential, skills and behaviours as well as functional excellence throughout the TA process, to ensure that our TA KPIs will be met (candidate experience, time-to-hire, diversity etc.)
Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers across different teams, to analyse hiring needs and deliver effective attraction, sourcing and selection strategies aiming at hiring top-tier talent
Collaborate with Vodafone’s global TA community, sharing best practices and co-working on the effective launch and adoption of future-ready TA tools with AI-based functionalities
Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and represent Vodafone in career events and meet-ups
Requirements:
2+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within a tech-driven environment
Strong stakeholder management skills and capability of managing multiple projects in a tech-driven, fast-paced and agile environment
Learning agility, resilience, genuine curiosity and passion for technology
Strong critical thinking and judgement ability
Advanced communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
