Your contribution will help deliver quality hires efficiently, supporting the business through growth and change.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the Graduate Recruitment Lead and team to execute Aurecon’s Graduate and Intern Campaign, attracting diverse, high-quality talent
Build relationships with universities, student groups, and career services to enhance our presence and create talent pipelines
Manage and coordinate a high volume of early careers events, assessment centres, and key recruitment activities
Proactively identify and engage high-calibre candidates using innovative sourcing methods, with a strong focus on Engineering & Advisory Recruitment
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to anticipate talent needs and shape recruitment strategies
Provide regular recruitment updates to leadership teams, sharing progress, insights, challenges, and recommendations that support workforce planning and decision-making
Build and nurture lasting relationships with candidates and stakeholders to develop a strong talent pipeline
Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
Leverage recruitment technologies to optimise candidate tracking and improve workflow efficiency
Requirements:
Experience in a recruitment role, ideally with exposure to early careers or high-volume hiring
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the confidence to influence and consult across all business levels
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates, universities, and internal teams
Strong multitasking ability, delivering results efficiently under pressure
Expertise with recruitment technologies and ATS platforms (Workday experience preferred) to streamline hiring processes
Proactive, solution-focused approach
