Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, assessment coordination, interviews, and offer closure

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technology hiring in the corporate sector
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
  • Curiosity and an openness to learning new tools, technologies, and market trends

Nice to have:

Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing platforms, assessment tools)
