Job Responsibility

Drive end‑to‑end hiring success across the property by developing and managing a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to provide coaching, deliver Talent Acquisition learning and development programs, and ensure consistent adoption of best practices.
Work collaboratively with the corporate Talent Acquisition team to ensure they implement effective, inclusive recruitment strategies and leverage internal and external tools to attract diverse, high‑quality talent.
