Job Description:

6-month co-op or internship starting July 2026. This is a co-op position through Northeastern University's cooperative education program; candidates must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit. You'll be part of our global Talent Acquisition team, a lean, high-impact group of recruiters and coordinators covering technical, go-to-market, and people operations hiring across all of Mirakl's offices. This co-op is Boston-based and primarily supports AMER hiring.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own interview coordination as a top priority—scheduling across candidates, hiring managers, and panels to ensure a seamless experience end to end
  • Support co-op recruiting for the next cycle, managing a high-volume applicant funnel from screening through offer
  • Provide a welcoming onsite experience for candidates, including greeting, logistics coordination, and real-time support during interview days
  • Contribute to TA projects focused on process improvement, candidate engagement, and employer branding
  • Partner with recruiters to maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline reporting in our ATS

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive and resourceful—you figure things out and flag blockers early
  • Genuine interest in talent acquisition and people operations
  • English: Professional proficiency required
