Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our HR CoE Services team in Romania, supporting recruitment for the German market. This role is ideal for individuals with strong German and English language skills, a passion for candidate experience, and a consultative approach to hiring. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality hires, and collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead recruitment efforts for assigned vacancies, ensuring timely and high-quality hires aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to manage offers effectively, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with internal policies
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, offering strategic guidance on sourcing channels
  • Resolve candidate and hiring manager escalations, driving positive experiences and high Net Promoter Scores
  • Advocate for candidates by ensuring clear communication and promoting VOIS’s employer brand
  • Perform administrative tasks using HR systems and processes to support recruitment operations

Requirements:

  • Proficient in German (C1 level preferred) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Graduate in business or a related HR discipline
  • recruitment-related accreditation (e.g. SHL) is desirable
  • Possess basic knowledge of HR systems, resourcing, and talent acquisition
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills, with the ability to optimise workflows
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration is a plus
