Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deliver a seamless and high-quality recruitment experience for the Germany market. This role focuses on filling vacancies with top talent, managing recruitment KPIs, and supporting the implementation of new tools and processes. Proficiency in German (C1 preferred) and English is essential, alongside strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead effective offer management, ensuring competitive and compliant offers aligned with market benchmarks
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing expert advice on sourcing strategies
  • Manage and resolve escalations from candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction scores
  • Advocate for candidate experience by promoting seamless communication and employer branding throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within an international environment
  • Strong communication skills in English and German (C1 level preferred)
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, consulting, and time management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimise recruitment workflows
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and basic labour law
  • Degree in business or HR-related field
