Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer focused on Sales Development, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of highly motivated candidates for our Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams. Overall, you will successfully drive top-of-funnel strategy and maintain active talent pools to fuel our sales development organization's growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Proactive Sourcing: Identify and engage with passive and potential candidates for our Sales Development organization using creative sourcing techniques, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain talent networks for continuous, high-volume SDR requisitions
  • Initial Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, assess foundational sales traits such as coachability, resilience, drive, communication skills, and alignment with Optimizely's culture
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales Development Leaders and Recruiters to intimately understand the SDR persona, calibrate on candidate profiles, and define successful sales competencies
  • Data & Analytics: Provide sourcing status reports to sales leadership and analyze pipeline metrics (conversion rates, outreach response rates), developing action plans and sharing market intelligence to optimize the sales hiring funnel
  • System Integrity: Ensure accurate and future-focused data tracking within the ATS and CRM systems

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruiting
  • Experience with high-volume or Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting is a strong plus
  • Passion for or understanding of the software/SaaS industry and the standard B2B sales development structure
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively identify talent outside of traditional job boards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to successfully prioritize, manage multiple pipelines simultaneously, and pivot quickly in a fast-paced, scale-focused environment
  • Good computer skills, proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and comfortable learning new sourcing automation platforms
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to tracking outreach success
  • Bachelor's Degree
