Job Responsibility

Recruitment Strategy: Act as the commercial owner of a core part of the recruitment process, with accountability towards targets
work alongside recruiting leadership to support new initiatives and create new ideas
produce & execute strong full life-cycle recruitment processes and identify key improvement areas
maintain tracking and data requirements for focus area
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with firm stakeholders to understand strengths and limitations within recruiting focus area
keep the business stakeholders informed on the latest hiring progress
drive business participation towards recruitment activities (e.g. interviews, campus events), as well as support our internal partners on recruitment processes and effective candidate evaluation
Campus Recruitment: Identify new partnerships with campuses or student organizatons
build and maintain close relationship with our target campuses
ensure the recruiting events (e.g. career fairs, info sessions) are set up accordingly

Job Responsibility

Full life-cycle recruitment: Ownership of end-to-end specialist graduate pipelines and hiring target attainment
Attraction strategy and brand building: Audit potential third-party partnerships across new job platforms and build highly effective working relationships with external partners such as third-party platforms and agency partners
Proactive sourcing: Execute on tactical research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns to find and engage both active and passive candidates
Candidate assessment: Screen applicants and conduct first round interviews to determine candidate viability and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals
Candidate experience: Support candidates through the hiring process and the delivery of offers
