The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for various positions, focusing on BPO recruitment and volume hiring. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with 1 to 3 years of experience preferred. Responsibilities include resume screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment data in the ATS. The ideal candidate will assist with the onboarding process and track recruitment metrics.
Job Responsibility:
Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to source a large volume of candidates and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience and coordinate test assignments when applicable
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and guide them through the interview process
Assist with the documentation, Salary negotiation and offer process
Maintain timely and clear communication with all applicants, provide status updates and ensure a positive experience
Track key recruitment metrics, on time hiring and provide weekly or monthly reports to hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in BPO recruitment with a focus on volume hiring
Experience of handling junior-to-mid level positions
Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple roles
Familiarity with various recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously under the assigned timelines
