Start your career in recruitment at Qargo. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll learn end-to-end hiring, support tech recruitment, and grow in an international SaaS scale-up. Qargo is a cloud-based (SaaS) Transport Management Platform helping modern logistics companies work smarter, faster, and more sustainably. Our all-in-one platform covers the full flow from order entry to invoicing and uses AI to automate time-consuming manual tasks. We’re a fast-growing scale-up with offices in Ghent and London, expanding rapidly across Europe. To support this growth, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People & Talent team in Ghent. If you’re curious about tech, passionate about people, and excited to grow into a strong recruiter in an international scale-up, this role is for you. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their recruitment career who’s eager to learn by doing. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers, gradually learning how to manage recruitment end-to-end and gaining more ownership over time. From sourcing candidates to guiding them through interviews, you’ll help create a warm, professional, and high-quality candidate experience, while building a strong foundation in tech recruitment within an international scale-up.
