As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will support our recruitment team by coordinating hiring activities, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience. Job Responsibility
Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to offer stage
Coordinating interviews including scheduling, logistics, and follow-ups
Managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate records
Communicating with candidates to ensure an outstanding experience
Supporting employer branding initiatives and social media channels
Generating recruitment reports and tracking key hiring metrics
Requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Comfortable working with ATS platforms and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or admin (preferred)
Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter (nice to have)
