As Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager for Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi at Hoan Kiem Lake, you will report to the Director of People & Culture, the Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring – and retaining – talented candidates. He/She will support the Regional Director of People & Culture in planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for hotel, including co-building a strong employer brand.
Job Responsibility:
Support in creating a sustainable talent acquisition strategy
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Support in design, planning and execution of employer branding activities
Administer employee referral programs
Work with internal line managers to understand their requirements across all levels of hiring for the Hotel
In-depth knowledge of effective and innovative search tools and techniques
Ability to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, Internet & media job postings, target searches and personal networking
Organizing and conducting candidate interviews, reference checks, candidate salary negotiation, offer processing and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
Supports Company’s diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting diverse talent by building and maintaining rapport with various universities, alumni, agencies, recruiters, and non-profit organizations
Build and maintain pipeline of candidates that are rich in diversity to meet both current and anticipated business needs
Drive the adoption of consistent recruitment approach
Collaborate with Hiring Mangers on interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
To take on any other tasks or projects that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Carries out other special project/ tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in related discipline
Minimum 2 years of direct recruiting experience as a talent acquisition professional
Strong influencing, interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer orientation
Ability to interact with all levels in a highly diverse and multicultural environment
Proactive, independent, and strong follow-up skills
Familiar with utilizing applicant-tracking systems
Ability to deliver results with little supervision and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions and candidates
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
A team player, fluent in English, excellent verbal and written communication skill, and a good sense of humour
Nice to have:
Advantageous to have proven recruitment experience in rank-and-file positions in Hospitality / F&B verticals
