Job Responsibility

  • Proactively source and attract talent using LinkedIn, networks and partnerships
  • Build strong talent pipelines, especially for hard-to-fill roles
  • Partner with managers to shape recruitment approaches beyond the job description
  • Create engaging, inclusive job adverts that reflect who we are
  • Support managers through the full recruitment journey
  • Ensure a positive, fair and timely candidate experience
  • Use data and insight to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
  • Take ownership of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Build external partnerships to strengthen talent attraction and community links
  • Support internal candidates with career development and progression
