Job Responsibility:
Proactively source and attract talent using LinkedIn, networks and partnerships
Build strong talent pipelines, especially for hard-to-fill roles
Partner with managers to shape recruitment approaches beyond the job description
Create engaging, inclusive job adverts that reflect who we are
Support managers through the full recruitment journey
Ensure a positive, fair and timely candidate experience
Use data and insight to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
Take ownership of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Build external partnerships to strengthen talent attraction and community links
Support internal candidates with career development and progression
