Job Description:

Talent Acquisition & Learning Coordinator role at The London EDITION hotel, responsible for recruitment processes, candidate screening, employee onboarding, training coordination, and ensuring compliance with hiring and training requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Posting job adverts and candidate screening
  • Monitor and assist managers/supervisors with hiring processes
  • Work with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill vacancies
  • Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance
  • Create, maintain and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
  • Assist with orientation and onboarding of new employees
  • Generate and manage weekly and monthly recruitment and training reports
  • Plan and coordinate training taking place in the hotel
  • Ensure full compliance with all training requirements
  • Facilitate training when required
  • Play proactive role in implementing new and innovative training
  • Promote all training opportunities to employees

Requirements:

  • Legal right to work in the UK at the time of application
