Job Description:

The role involves providing strategic HR support, managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development initiatives. The candidate will work closely with HRBP’s to achieve business objectives and ensure a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • To provide strategic support to teams with operational & functional needs
  • Enhance a culture to understand the business to cater to the customer demands and ensure customer delight
  • Re-structuring & streamlining organizational Practices into Policies, Formulation and revamp or HR policies
  • Worked proactively in the areas of diversity, attrition analysis and retention strategies, and change management and communications
  • Support key HR processes across relevant business functions in collaboration with HRBP’s for achieving the business objectives

  • Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Hiring
  • Cost Effective Hiring – Job Portals, Internal References, and social media
  • Formulation of Job Descriptions and developing Org structures
  • Induction & On-Boarding
  • Succession Planning & Competency Development
  • Identifying the training needs and ensure timely execution of training
  • Creating a culture of learning
  • To ensure formulation of the annual training calendar
  • Collating feedback and evaluation of the effectiveness of training program
  • Accountable for capability development
  • Driving various employee engagement & connect initiatives
  • Conducted Great Place to Work Employee Engagement Survey
  • Creation and roll out of R&R framework across organization
  • To enhance the structured employee communication
  • Studying the attrition trend
  • Executed various rewards and recognition programs
  • Planned and executed various structured employee engagement events
  • Motivate and support associates for process improvement
  • Conducting awareness sessions for Managers and Sub-ordinates for Goal Setting Process
  • Lead the performance management cycle
  • Established a culture of ongoing performance feedback
  • Completing Goal / Objective Setting exercise, Mid-Year Reviews, EOY Performance Appraisals
  • Facilitating Reporting Manager meetings for review of KRA’s
  • Involved in Performance Review, Rating, Normalization & Recommendations
  • Managing relations at a collective and individual level
  • Partnered with Corporate-HR & GM-Manufacturing to negotiate and implement wage settlements
  • Ensuring Pre-payroll process
  • Employee database Management
  • Handling queries/grievances answered and solved on an individual basis
