Our client, a global real estate company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Development Administrative Assistant to join its Human Capital Management team. This role will support both Talent Acquisition and Talent Development initiatives, assisting with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, campus recruiting logistics, and internal training and development programming. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, required
1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination or HR support role in a professional services environment, required
Experience supporting recruiting processes including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant tracking management
Strong organizational skills with experience managing high-volume scheduling and calendar coordination
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
