The Talent Acquisition Analyst is responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and analysis for the talent acquisition function. This individual will serve as the technical point of contact and assist with ensuring data integrity, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement. In addition, this individual will be involved with ensuring an exceptional technological experience for both the recruitment team and job seekers. Position will serve as subject matter expert (SME) and central point of contact for the talent acquisition team in the fields of recruiting technology, systems administration, metrics analysis, recruitment branding and vendor management. The incumbent leads TA system integrations and overall system management for global projects.
Job Responsibility:
Recruiting Technology Integration
Strategic partner to talent acquisition team in the development and execution of programs
Create actionable plans and serve as project lead for improvement initiatives
Utilize and introduce recruitment tools for technology optimization, process efficiencies, and applicant pool management
Systems Administration
Operate as the technical and social link between ATS system, talent acquisition team and hiring managers
Provide ongoing first level user support
Work closely with end users to develop and prioritize change requests, system alterations and customizations
Lead the technical rollout of system enhancements/updates
Manage the control of system access rights, security settings, template updates for job descriptions/offer letters, user accounts, company locations, cost centers, etc.
System Reporting
Prepare intermediate to complex reports using Artificial Intelligence and business intelligence
Design and develop dashboards to communicate key workforce trends
Work with HR Technology, Payroll and overall HR Team to refine audit reports for data accuracy
Strategic Metrics Analysis
Provide trend analysis and forecasting for talent acquisition processes
Integrate and partner with HR/TA executive leadership team on recruitment data
Provide operational reports and metrics to ensure that talent acquisition goals and expectations are being met
Recruitment Branding
Partner with Talent Acquisition team with identifying, building, fostering and maintaining Encore’s overarching employment brand
Works to implement a positive candidate experience
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and third-party vendors to ensure Encore brand alignment and advertisement
Vendor Management
Responsible for leading the collaboration between talent acquisition and third party vendors
Serve as first point of contact to liaise between Talent Acquisition COE leadership and vendors
Participate in vendor meetings and strategy sessions
Development
Serve as COE training lead for talent acquisition team and hiring managers
In partnership with Talent Acquisition Managers create training schedules for new members of talent acquisition team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
At least 3-5 years’ work experience in an analytic role
2-3 year’s experience developing end user reporting/analytics
Experience working with Applicant Tracking System
Preferred knowledge of HRIS systems (UKG is plus)
Strong understanding of recruiting and HR processes including experience with recruiting metrics
Ability to think critically, reason analytically and work towards solutions
