Seeking a proactive High‑Volume Recruiter to support large-scale seasonal hiring across retail, manufacturing, production, and transportation roles. This role manages 30-40 requisitions, partners closely with on‑site hiring managers, and drives full-cycle recruiting for operational and hourly workforce needs.
Job Responsibility:
Full‑Cycle Recruiting: Manage 30-40 reqs
conduct intakes, source, screen, schedule interviews, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding handoffs. Support large seasonal hiring surges (4,000+ roles)
Operational & Hourly Hiring: Recruit for roles such as CDL drivers, production workers, advisors, and manufacturing/warehouse positions. Understand work environments, shifts, safety considerations, and labor market dynamics
Hiring Manager Partnership: Lead intake meetings, maintain frequent communication, advise on hiring timelines, market trends, and competitive compensation. Build strong partnerships with on‑site leadership across multiple locations
Sourcing & Pipeline Management: Leverage job boards, referrals, community networks, and talent pipelines. Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure a positive candidate experience
Process Management: Prioritize daily workload, anticipate bottlenecks, drive decisions forward, and maintain ownership of requisition progress
Requirements:
3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
Proven success managing 30-40 reqs simultaneously
Experience hiring for manufacturing, production, warehousing, transportation, or similar operational roles
Strong communication, relationship‑building, and prioritization skills
Experience supporting multiple sites in a fast-paced hiring environment
Nice to have:
Experience with seasonal or surge hiring
Understanding of hourly workforce needs (shifts, OT rules, CDL requirements)
Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc.)
