At the beginning of this year, Dalkia Engineering strengthened its in-house recruitment capability with the introduction of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This investment has already delivered strong results, including a reduction in reliance on recruitment agencies and a more consistent, high-quality recruitment experience across the business. Building on this momentum, we are now looking to further grow our Talent Acquisition team with the addition of a Talent Acquisition Advisor. This role will support the continued development of our direct hiring model and play a key part in how we attract, engage, and hire talent across Dalkia Engineering. We are flexible on location and happy to consider candidates based anywhere from London up to the Leeds / Bolton area. While the role is hybrid, travel to the business will be required to our offices & sites from the Northwest down to London. Operating within a matrix organisation, and in an industry that experiences regular peaks and troughs in recruitment demand, this is a varied and fast-paced role suited to a recruiter who enjoys balancing high-volume and specialist hiring while building strong stakeholder relationships.
