Job Responsibility:
Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements
Actively participate in full cycle recruitment process
Ensure recruiting processes are delivering effectively
Support all stages of the hiring process (pre-selection, interviews and offers)
Partner with colleagues, executive management, site leaders and HR community to determine recruiting needs
Target and assess top talent to fill openings at all levels
Develop and execute candidate generation strategies with emphasis on Diversity and Inclusion
Source passive candidates through network alliances, internet searches, database mining, and social media
Perform extensive market research and industry calibration
Collaborate with other central recruiting resources to drive integrated strategies
Be involved in selecting and partnering with external research/search firms
Stay abreast of sourcing/recruiting trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years of executive or corporate recruiting experience
Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry (preferred)
Ability to balance a high number of open positions across multiple teams and departments
Ability to understand, articulate, and document hiring manager requirements
Ability to manage multiple roles within a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
Team and results oriented with capacity to influence others
Experience recruiting candidates with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion
Demonstrated negotiation skills with stakeholders and candidates
Experience with internet searches and various recruiting techniques
Ability to utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources to develop a talent pipeline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience coordinating and attending recruitment events
Knowledge in SAP HR and an Applicant Tracking System (i.e., Taleo and SuccessFactors) (preferred)
Nice to have:
