Do you enjoy keeping busy and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a Talent Advisor to support high-volume hiring across operational roles within a large and well-established organisation in the food production and agriculture sector. In this role, you’ll help keep the recruitment process moving by screening applications, coordinating interviews and site tours, organising pre-employment checks, and providing general recruitment administration support. It’s a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple candidates and staying organised in a busy environment.

Requirements:
Previous recruitment coordination or high-volume recruitment experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage multiple priorities
