Job Description:

Join our client, a leading organisation in Croydon, London, as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support diversity and inclusion strategies, and provide exceptional recruitment experiences. Hybird working model with professional growth and wellbeing support included.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure that all candidates receive an excellent recruitment and pre-boarding experience
Write engaging job adverts using inclusive language to attract target audience
Identify relevant external platforms to promote brand and career opportunities to attract diverse talent through direct sourcing and using external advertising platforms
Support the building of a pipeline of diverse talent across all roles to support Diversity & Inclusion recruitment strategy
Provide real time D&I & Gender data to track progress and identify trends to improve recruitment approaches and channels
Delivering an excellent recruitment service and ensure robust effective resourcing plans are in place to meet client and stakeholder expectations
Understand each of the departments you support and their unique resourcing needs
Advise managers on the most effective attraction and selection strategies to ensure diverse applications for their vacancies and support in their delivery
Support hiring managers on the most effective selection and assessment approaches and support in their delivery including conducting competency-based interviews as required

Requirements:

Experience in use of online assessment tools
Experience with volume recruitment
Managed and developed internal and external stakeholder relationships and partnerships to meet agreed deliverables and outcomes
Communicates clearly and confidently with others
Takes a proactive approach
Excellent interpersonal skills
Need to be IT and data literate
Competent in administration of psychometric assessment tests
