We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a fast-paced, operational environment on a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension. You will be part of a wider People & Operations function, working alongside a team of coordinators and advisors who support recruitment activity as well as broader workforce and operational responsibilities. This role has been created due to continued growth and increasing recruitment demand across the business. This position will focus on end-to-end recruitment across high-volume blue-collar and skilled trades roles, including diesel fitters and mobile plant operators and you will be managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Job Responsibility
Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume trades and blue-collar roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and role priorities
Proactively source candidates using job boards, networks, and talent pipelines
Conduct phone screens and shortlist suitable candidates efficiently
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes within tight timeframes
Work collaboratively with the broader HR and operational teams to meet urgent hiring needs
Requirements
Proven experience in high-volume blue-collar or trades recruitment
Strong end-to-end recruitment capability in fast-paced environments
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Comfortable working in a 5-day on-site temporary/casual contract role (parking on site available)
