Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Administrator is a key member of the Human Resources team, responsible for delivering efficient, accurate and proactive administrative support across the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including Early Careers activity. The role helps to ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, and smooth coordination of talent acquisition processes, systems and records.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, including posting vacancies, maintaining job adverts, scheduling interviews, coordinating diaries, arranging rooms or virtual links, and keeping candidates and hiring managers updated throughout the process
  • Support Early Careers recruitment activity, including assessment centre set-up and facilitation, candidate communications, administration of tests, and coordination of events such as careers fairs
  • Coordinate work experience and internship placements, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and manage
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system and trackers, ensuring candidate records, vacancy data and recruitment documentation are accurate, compliant and up to date, and assist with reporting and recruitment administration as required
  • Manage the recruitment email inbox ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner forwarding on requests when necessary

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience, ideally gained in recruitment, HR or a fast-paced professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and work accurately to deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling documents, data and recruitment administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to deal professionally with candidates, hiring managers and colleagues at all levels
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ideally confidence using applicant tracking systems
  • A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach, with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and take ownership of administrative processes
