As Talent Acceleration Manager (tX) for EMEA, you’ll help design and deliver programs that develop leaders, strengthen performance, build connection, and embed our unique culture—Outrageously Extraordinary (OE)—as we continue to scale rapidly across the region. This is a hands-on role. You’ll partner closely with People & Culture, leaders, and teams to help run engaging learning experiences, performance and talent routines, and culture activation moments across markets.
Job Responsibility:
Support the design and delivery of talent, learning, and cultural activation programs across EMEA
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed leadership, performance, and culture routines across the region
Support leaders and teams to build high performance, strong feedback practices, and healthy team dynamics
Apply insights from marketing, product, or behavioral science to increase adoption and engagement—launching programs people want to use
Support with coordination of team efforts and priority initiatives
Use data to measure impact and continuously improve programs
Support the ongoing development of our Outrageously Extraordinary culture through rituals, experiences, storytelling, and leadership role-modelling
Requirements:
Experience designing or delivering learning, leadership, culture, or performance programs
Familiarity with human-centered or behavioral approaches to designing experiences (e.g., behavioral science, product thinking, experience design, marketing)
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Ability to work across multiple countries, cultures, and stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where things move quickly and experimentation is encouraged
Strong content creation and program execution skills
Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong internal relationships
