Depending on the team that you will join, as a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and learn one or more of the following key HR and operational functions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Recruitment Process: Including candidate sourcing, screening, phone interviewing, conducting interviews, and reference checking.
  • Database Management: Proficiency in utilizing multiple databases and sourcing channels, and understanding the critical importance of maintaining an updated application tracking system.
  • Customer Service: Developing and refining essential customer service techniques.
  • Employee Support: Assisting employees with the hiring process and supporting them with ongoing employment needs (e.g., contracts, pay slips)

Requirements:

  • Application submitted through ATLAS (centralized internship support system)
  • A formal contract signed by the student, the university and Randstad.
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities coupled with a natural aptitude for sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Greek and English.
  • People and sales focused with strong conversational skills, essential for a sales-oriented environment.
  • Results-Driven and motivated by targets, thriving under the pressure of achieving results and possessing a healthy competitive spirit.
