Talavera is looking for a talented Part-Time Server to help us deliver exceptional dining experiences as we strive toward Michelin-level excellence. In this role, you’ll expertly guide guests through our elevated menu and beverages, anticipate their needs, and ensure every visit is memorable. Job Responsibility:
Fully understanding the menu, including entrees, preparation and taste
Using Point of Sale system
Coordinating food timing and transporting items to the guest table
Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
Building rapport with the guest with above and beyond service
Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction
offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years serving experience in upscale establishment, hotel/resort experience preferred
Valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
Level 1 Sommelier preferred
Must have Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
