Talavera is looking for a talented Part-Time Server to help us deliver exceptional dining experiences as we strive toward Michelin-level excellence. In this role, you’ll expertly guide guests through our elevated menu and beverages, anticipate their needs, and ensure every visit is memorable. Job Responsibility

  • Fully understanding the menu, including entrees, preparation and taste
  • Using Point of Sale system
  • Coordinating food timing and transporting items to the guest table
  • Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards
  • Building rapport with the guest with above and beyond service
  • Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness
  • Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction
  • offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years serving experience in upscale establishment, hotel/resort experience preferred
  • Valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
  • Level 1 Sommelier preferred
  • Must have Friday/Saturday/Sunday availability
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
