As a Tailor at Four Seasons Red Sea, you play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable appearance of our team members. Your craftsmanship ensures that uniforms are not only well-fitted and comfortable but also reflect the high standards of elegance and professionalism that define our brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Creating and altering uniforms to meet individual fit requirements
  • Performing repairs and adjustments across various departments, from housekeeping to food & beverage
  • Supporting textile maintenance throughout the hotel, ensuring all garments and fabrics are in pristine condition

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Sewing and tailoring expertise
  • Pattern making and fabric cutting

  • Understand style and fit of various garments. Maintain an up to date product knowledge of Hermès Women’s and Men’s collections seasonally
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in operating tailor shop equipment including, but not limited to industrial sewing/ straight stitch machine, blind hemmer/serger machine, button machine, cutting table, and pressing/steaming equipment
  • Advise clients (internal and external) on product alterations, providing accurately calculating lead times and cost to ensure expectations are managed
  • Maintain an excellent level of customer service at all times within the store. Foster client relationships to increase brand loyalty and repeat business
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of client needs
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the luxury retail market and competitors
