Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a sessional tutor to deliver Tai Chi courses, in and around the South Bucks area, namely Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield. Chesham and Amersham in the Chilterns Region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Planning and delivering weekly classes of 5-11 week courses, that stretch and challenge learners knowledge and skills
  • Support adult learners to develop their knowledge and skills and contribute to the development of a learner centred learning provision

Requirements:

  • Applicants must hold an introductory teaching/training award such as City & Guilds PTLLS/Award in Education and Training (or willing to obtain one within 6 months of appointment)
  • A subject specific qualification to NVQ 3/HNC standard or equivalent is required for this post
  • It is essential that all our tutors can plan and deliver high quality sessions while maintaining good records of student progress
