Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Tactical Buyer to join our team. This 12-month contract, starting in mid-June, will play a key role in managing software procurement and asset management. If you are bilingual, meticulous, and have a strong sense of priorities, this opportunity is for you!

Job Responsibility:

Issue and manage purchase orders in Dynamics 365
Handle small hardware purchases (keyboards, mice, monitors, etc.)
Manage minor software purchases and renewals
Update our software asset management tool (ServiceNow) following renewals or new acquisitions

Requirements:

Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
Demonstrated rigor and strong organizational skills
Proactive with excellent priority management
Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams
Clear and professional communication
