Job Description:

The role involves developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau dashboards and other BI solutions using enterprise-grade tools and technologies. The position also encompasses supporting regulatory and credit risk analytics processes for internal and external clients.

Job Responsibility:

develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics dashboards, and other BI solutions
design and develop Tableau dashboards using Oracle, Sybase, or Big Data as backend technologies
deliver analytics initiatives to address business problems
perform and document data analysis and data validation
mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improve quality
fine-tune SQL queries for efficiency and performance
conduct unit tests and troubleshoot issues
identify data patterns and trends for risk analytics adoption
review and improve existing systems
manage Tableau Server and Administration including server upgrade/installation
identify key automation areas

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in enterprise BI development
strong background in designing and implementing enterprise scale solutions
5+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop
Tableau Data Analyst Certification preferred
strong experience in data mart/data warehouse design
experience in relational databases like Oracle, Sybase, MongoDB
highly skilled in performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design
experience in managing and implementing multiple projects simultaneously
working knowledge of project management techniques/methods
ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to have:

analytics using Big Data, Python or R
5+ years of experience in finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting
strong knowledge of credit risk concepts
knowledge and hands-on experience with TabPy and Data Management add-on
experience working within an Agile development methodology
