Job Description:

Our healthcare client in Atlanta is in search of a Tableau Developer to support internal Finance and HR reporting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex operational, workforce and financial data into clear, actionable dashboards that support strategic decision-making. This is an opportunity to play a highly visible role supporting data-driven decision-making across multiple business functions. The Tableau Developer will work closely with Finance, Human Resources, department leaders and IT teams to build and maintain reporting solutions using data from systems such as Paylocity, Workfront and NetSuite. This is a temporary/contract position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and automated reports
  • Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions
  • Support reporting for workforce planning, utilization, staffing demand, labor mix and client/project health
  • Partner with IT on data integrations, governance, security and reporting infrastructure
  • Maintain documentation, data definitions, dashboard governance and access controls
  • Monitor dashboard performance and improve reporting usability, accuracy and business value

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Tableau development and analytics experience
  • Experience working with HR, workforce, operations or financial data
  • Strong understanding of data visualization and data storytelling best practices
  • Experience with Paylocity, Workfront, NetSuite or similar systems preferred
  • Ability to independently manage reporting projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
