Job Description:

This position is responsible for the integrity of all Table Games. Responsible for the overall maintaining of excellent guest services, efficient productivity, and providing an orderly, safe, and exciting workplace. Requires attention to quality guest services skills and exceptional teamwork.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deal table games as directed
  • Maintain awareness of card location and game security
  • Exchange guest currency for chips and deposit paper currency
  • Verify fills, credits, table openings, and closings
  • Explain house rules, game rules, and betting limits to guests
  • Maintain familiarity with all games, strategies, and tricks
  • Protect the integrity of the game and casino assets
  • Remain alert to unusual or questionable activity and take appropriate action
  • Greet guests and team members eagerly
  • Assist guests with questions regarding promotions, events, and locations
  • Maintain attendance to ensure coverage
  • Maintain flow of assigned rotations in the pit
  • Perform duties in a professional and efficient manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Casino Table Games experience preferred, but not required
  • Equivalent combination of Customer Service and Communications experience preferred
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Read, write, and speak the English language
  • Active listening skills
  • Problem sensitivity
  • Inductive reasoning
  • Selective attention
  • Ability to perform tasks under supervision
  • Ability to work well alone or within a team
  • Sound judgment
  • Willing and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass a drug test and obtain/maintain a gaming license from the Otoe Missouria Gaming Commission
  • Must be able to provide work authorization documents for the United States
  • Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs and push/pull/drag up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods

  • Maintains chip tray at table in orderly fashion
  • Notifies supervisor of any irregularities noticed

  • Performs other duties as assigned by an immediate supervisor or manager
