This position is responsible for the integrity of all Table Games. Responsible for the overall maintaining of excellent guest services, efficient productivity, and providing an orderly, safe, and exciting workplace. Require attention to quality guest services skills and exceptional teamwork.
Job Responsibility
Deal table games as directed by department management, policy, and procedure
Maintain continuous awareness of card location and conditions ensuring the security of the game
Exchange guest currency for chips and deposit paper currency in proper container
Verify all fills, credits, table openings, and closing to ensure proper accounting
Explain to guests the house rules, game rules, and betting limits
Maintain familiarity with all games used and strategies
Protect the integrity of the game and casino assets
Protect the chip rack and cards
Remain alert to unusual or questionable activity and take appropriate action
Greet guests and team members
Assist with guest questions regarding promotions, events, specials, areas, and locations
Maintain attendance to ensure coverage
Maintain flow of assigned rotations of the pit
Requirements
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Read, write, and speak the English language
Must be punctual and dependable
Must be willing and able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to provide documents required to show eligibility to work in the United States
Required to pass a drug test
Must obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Otoe Missouria Gaming Commission
Nice to have
Casino Table Games experience preferred
An equivalent combination of Customer Service and Communications experience preferred
