Job Description

Primary Teaching Assistant Role in Horsham, West Sussex. Randstad Education is seeking dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join various excellent schools in the Horsham, West Sussex area. This is a Full-Time, Term-Time Only position offering a competitive salary based on your experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Helping with classroom management and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment
  • Preparing teaching resources and assisting with school activities
