Job Description

Primary Teaching Assistant Role in Horley, Surrey Randstad Education is seeking dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to join various excellent schools in the Horley, Surrey area. This is a Full-Time, Term-Time Only position offering a competitive salary based on your experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Helping with classroom management and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment
  • Preparing teaching resources and assisting with school activities

Requirements

  • Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
