Job Responsibility

Primary-Focused Support: Provide tailored 1:1 support throughout the school day, ensuring the child feels safe and supported
Early Intervention: Implement the child's Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan, focusing on early social, emotional, and academic skills
Creative Adaptation: Use play-based learning and sensory resources to make the curriculum accessible and engaging
Collaborative Care: Work closely with the Class Teacher, SENCO, and parents to ensure a consistent approach to the child's development
Emotional Support: Help the pupil navigate social situations and manage emotional regulation with patience and care
