TA Partner to Quinyx. The team you build is the company you build. Quinyx is now looking for a TA Partner to come build the global team that will forever change workforce management!

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end across multiple roles and markets simultaneously — from intake call to signed offer
  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across 9 markets
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business
  • Bring structure and rigour to how we hire
  • Contribute to building the TA function itself
  • Ensure every candidate gets a great experience, regardless of outcome

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-scaling tech or SaaS environment
  • A strong track record in proactive sourcing
  • Experience hiring across multiple markets or geographies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A structured, evidence-based mindset
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience recruiting across a broad range of functions and seniority levels — in tech, product, commercial, operations
  • Experience recruiting for complex tech roles
  • Hands-on experience building or improving a TA function from scratch
  • Familiarity with structured interviewing and psychometric assessment tools (we use Alva Labs)
  • A genuine interest in employer branding and candidate experience
  • Experience working in LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Refapp, HiBob or G Suite as these make our TA Tech stack
