Job Responsibility:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end across multiple roles and markets simultaneously — from intake call to signed offer
Drive proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines across 9 markets
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business
Bring structure and rigour to how we hire
Contribute to building the TA function itself
Ensure every candidate gets a great experience, regardless of outcome
Requirements:
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-scaling tech or SaaS environment
A strong track record in proactive sourcing
Experience hiring across multiple markets or geographies
Excellent stakeholder management skills
A structured, evidence-based mindset
Fluency in English
Nice to have:
Experience recruiting across a broad range of functions and seniority levels — in tech, product, commercial, operations
Experience recruiting for complex tech roles
Hands-on experience building or improving a TA function from scratch
Familiarity with structured interviewing and psychometric assessment tools (we use Alva Labs)
A genuine interest in employer branding and candidate experience
Experience working in LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor, Refapp, HiBob or G Suite as these make our TA Tech stack
