Job Responsibility

  • Supervise a team of Talent Acquisition specialists, providing daily support and guidance.
  • Ability to hire 50-100 IT professionals in Japan Market via Internal team and RPO. Also, managing recruitment agency relationship to fill any gaps in hiring target.
  • Experienced in managing graduation program and should be able to oversee the team to hire ~100 graduates yearly.
  • Leads and motivates team to hire directly from market and minimize dependency on recruitment agencies.
  • Experienced in Executive stakeholders management in Japan and in Global organization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring their staffing needs are met.
  • Adapt and optimize recruitment processes and strategies based on industry best practices and trends.
  • Manage recruitment data, produce reports for analysis, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of workforce planning strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese language – must
  • Typically, 7+ years of Proven experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated proficiency in recruitment processes and team collaboration- at large scale IT organization
  • Proficiencies in applicant tracking systems, candidate assessment, and recruitment strategies
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding recruitment team and RPO resources.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to navigate evolving recruitment challenges
  • Continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and technological advancements in recruiting
