The HR Operations Administrative Intern supports the Human Resources team with a combination of HR coordination, recruiting support, onboarding, and administrative operations in a fast-paced, new business environment. This role is ideal for a candidate interested in people operations who enjoys balancing HR responsibilities with hands-on administrative and event-based support. Working closely with HR leadership, this position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth transition of new business including staffing operations, compliance, employee support, and day-to-day office functions while delivering exceptional service to employees, candidates, and clients.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with hourly recruitment processes including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring events
Coordinate onboarding tasks, including employment paperwork, system data entry, and new hire check-in
Assist in hosting new hire orientations and onboarding
Update and maintain internal employee databases with accurate contact, payroll, and employment information
Gather and prepare payroll-related data such as working hours, leave records, and banking information
Monitor and triage employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and general HR-related questions
Review, distribute, and maintain company policies, postings, and HR communications

Requirements:
Actively pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, human resources, or a related field or prior administrative/HR experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks and using office technology.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
